In the second quarter of 2026, Ying Li International Real Estate Limited concluded the bidding process for three centralized procurement projects. The details of the projects are as follows (all transaction amounts are tax-inclusive):

Project I: Spring-Themed Event of the Chongqing IMIX Park Jiefangbei Project

Purchaser: Chongqing Yingli Retail Management Co., Ltd.

Scope of Procurement: To deepen the "Trend Movement" positioning of IMIX Park Jiefangbei, leveraging the buzz around spring festivals and the Jiefangbei Coffee Festival, the project aims to stage a spring-themed event with interactivity, transmissibility, and consumer conversion capability, in part by integrating offline visual merchandising along Zhonghua Road and within the mall, coffee art festivals, carbohydrate fairs, and pet-themed activities. It is intended to engage young consumers and tourists alike, build up event atmosphere and membership growth efficiency, and reinforce IMIX Park's brand influence as a citywide trend destination.

Project II: Security Outsourcing Services for Chongqing Ying Li IMIX Park Daping (2026–2027)

Scope of Procurement: Security, order maintenance, and fire safety management within the jurisdiction of Project IMIX Park Daping, including but not limited to supervision over construction, access control for personnel and materials, inspection of facilities and equipment, "water, electricity, and gas shut-off and door lock-up" checks, daily patrols within the project scope, parking lot management, unloading channel management, emergency response handling, safety protection of personnel, property, and goods in commercial and office spaces, temporary event reception, and other ad hoc tasks.

Project III: Security Outsourcing Services for the Chongqing Jiefangbei Project (August 2026 – July 2027)

Scope of Procurement: Outsourced security services for the Engineering Property Department of IMIX Park Jiefangbei for the period 2026–2027, provision of 24-hour on-the-spot security coverage, patrol, and emergency response services across indoor public spaces from B1 to L6/L8 of the mall (including perimeter and internal patrols to prevent theft, unauthorized street vending, disturbances, and other safety risks).
