On September 10, 2026, a subsidiary of Ying Li International (hereinafter collectively referred to as Ying Li International) officially signed a contract with Chongbai Technology Group to jointly develop the commercial podium project of Future International in Guanyinqiao, Chongqing (currently New World Department Store), which will be renamed "New Century Center · Yingli Hui."

The lease contract between Ying Li International and New World Department Store for the commercial podium of Future International will expire on September 30, 2026. Prior to this, Ying Li International conducted a public tender, through which Chongbai Technology Group won the operating and management rights for the project. According to the project implementation plan, Chongbai Technology Group will fully take over the project on September 30, adopting an innovative non-closed-door renewal model to launch comprehensive upgrading and renovation. The project is expected to officially debut with a brand-new look in May 2027. The signing between Ying Li International and Chongbai Technology Group represents a significant practice in reshaping the value of Ying Li International's existing commercial assets. It is expected that, by leveraging Chongbai's operational strength, the property's value potential will be further unlocked, achieving the renewal of the project itself and improving asset quality and efficiency, while also injecting new commercial momentum into the development of the Guanyinqiao business district and Chongqing's construction of an international consumption center city.
