IFC adopt the 1m diameter reinforced composite steel/concrete column leading technology, creating a smaller structural load-bearing column, providing a more spacious and security barrier-free office space. IFC's intelligent central controlled air-conditioning system runs on York's main engine together with BAC cooling tower, ITT air conditioning water pump, double-layer air filtration + sterilization + CO2 density sensor, VAV technology air-conditioning system, curtain wall air circulation system aimed at contributing to a healthier, comfortable and pleasant working environment.

IFC's air-conditioning system is able to detect the differences between the indoor and outdoor temperature, taking full advantage of the outdoor temperature by adjust the supply of cold or warm external fresh air into the building, hence fulfilling the energy saving and environmental-friendly approach.

IFC distinguishes itself from the other office buildings by possessing a powerful electricity supply system with dual power supply deriving from two different power plants.
